Installment payment :

1. First payment, deposit of 25% (twenty five percent) of the
   full price, shall be paid latest 21 days after signing this
   agreement, by THE SECOND PARTY.
2. Another 30% (thirty percent) from the remaining 75% shall
   be paid, after finish of structural elements (floors, walls,
   and ceiling.
3. Another 30% (thirty five percent) from the remaining 45%
   shall be paid after finishing materials (tiles, windows, doors
   are completed)
4. The remaining 15% (fifteen percent) shall be paid, by hand
   over of the unit.
