Our Story: Marc & Amadeus
The story of Bali Real Estate Consultants began when Marc and Amadeus found themselves in an unexpected encounter a few years ago. Showing the same villa to their respective clients simultaneously, they realized the fierce competition that defines Bali’s real estate landscape. Despite the initial awkwardness, they soon discovered a shared dedication to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Both Marc and Amadeus hail from Germany and bring with them a wealth of experience in customer service roles. Marc’s background in hospitality and event management, coupled with Amadeus’s expertise in the travel industry, laid the foundation for their successful transition into the real estate business over a decade ago.

His service-oriented hospitality background paired with many years of experience in the Bali property business have made him stand out as a true specialist on the island and beyond. Marc has helped numerous investors achieving a profitable return on their real estate investment in Bali.
Amadeus FörsterCo-Founder
Listening to and understanding the needs of his clients are by no means just a matter of chance but his philosophy that has led to many happy repeat customers. Being a father himself, Amadeus has a focus on finding families a new home in Bali that ticks all the boxes. His background is in the tourism sector, specializing in tailored individual travel and nearly a decade of selling, renting managing and successfully investing himself in the real estate market of Bali.
Junita
Junita’s enthusiasm and her ability to connect and network have made her irreplaceable for the team. Welcoming our clients with genuine Balinese hospitality and guiding them in the right direction with her vast knowledge about the up and coming areas of the island, she is happy to be of service.
Bagus
A real estate movie producer by night, a photographer and our local specialist for properties on Bali’s East Coast and Nusa Dua in the day, Bagus is a valuable addition to our Bali real estate family. With a positive can-do spirit, he aims to satisfy the property needs of all clients.

A marketing talent with a passion to help, support and uplift the Bali Real Estate Consultants with her experience. Sandra is our coach and head of the human resources department.
Ni Nyoman
Also known as Ami, she is responsible for our book keeping and works hand in hand with our charity partners, delegating our support program “giving back to the island”, it’s people, animal welfare, dog rescue, cultural awareness in regards to Balinese tradition and environmental care and protection of the island.

Our Charity Partners
Yayasan Solemen Indonesia
Yayasan Solemen Indonesia (‘Solemen’), an Indonesian non -profit foundation, provides direct support and funding for the disadvantaged and ‘diffabled’ (differently abled) in Bali. Established in October 2010, Solemen is one of Bali’s most trusted and visible charities. The Former Governor of Bali is Solemen’s ‘Pelindung’ (Guardian/Patron) and the charity is endorsed by the Bali Government Tourism Office and the Bali Hotels Association.
Solemen Founder, Robert Epstone, declared his intention to be barefoot until SOLEMEN have raised USD 1million. His reason for being barefoot is “to be in solidarity with all those who don’t have a choice to wear or not wear shoes”.
Solemen’s Outreach Programs benefit the poor, the disadvantaged, the ‘diffabled’, the homeless and the marginalised in Bali. The charity’s goal is to alleviate the misery of extreme poverty by bringing hope and sustainable solutions to those who remain hidden from public view and hence are separated from easy access to medical treatment. Solemen actively reaches people who fall through the cracks and are not helped by the existing network of charitable organisations and government programs.
R.O.L.E. Foundation
Founded in 2007, R.O.L.E. Foundation was created to stop land-based waste from getting into the oceans, and help create sustainable jobs to protect the livelihoods of coastal communities. Through R.O.L.E’s campus we provide education, and skills training programs and grassroots community assistance to alleviate poverty and ensure environmental sustainability.
BAWA - Bali Animal Welfare Association
Bali Animal Welfare Association (BAWA) is a non-profit organization based in Bali, Indonesia. BAWA works to save, protect and improve the lives of all animals in Bali and beyond.
BAWA directly relieves the suffering of animals by providing emergency response and rescue, food and medication, rehabilitation and adoption. BAWA practices humane population control, disease control and runs intensive education and advocacy programs for sustainable improvement to animal welfare now and into the future.
BAWA will respond to alerts of any animal in distress – from snakes to dolphins. A key focus is Bali’s Heritage Dog – the island’s genetically unique street dog that is under threat.
BAWA is funded entirely by donations and relies heavily on a staff of dedicated volunteers.
